Internal Sales Co-Ordinator wanted.
Dynamic and self motivated Internal Sales Co-Ordinator required, to join our growing HVACR business as we continue to deliver the highest levels of customer service within the sector.
Customer focused and capable to perform at the highest standard at all times, working from our Yorkshire based HO to a set of established disciplines, systems and procedures, you will be responsible for:
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Accurately interpret customer requirements and offer costs effective solutions (with Engineering support)
• Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers to work out a best price quotation for the customer
• Follow up of quotations using the follow up procedure
• Update and maintain CRM software
• Process customer orders to point that they can be handed over to the project coordinators.
